Subclass 190 Skilled Nominated Visa
This is a permanent resident visa that allows you to work and study with no limitation in Australia. You are allowed to stay in Australia indefinitely and re-enter multiple times. You will gain access to medicare and you are not required to purchase any third-party health insurance. This subclass requires you to get state nomination which means every state will have different eligibility and requirements to grant you a nomination.
