Subclass 186 – Employer Nomination Scheme Visa
This subclass is a permanent resident visa that requires a nomination from an Australian employer. You will need to be less than 45 years old and you will require a skills assessment for your occupation if you are not transitioning from subclass 482. Your occupation must be eligible for this visa subclass. The sponsor will need to be fully operating its business in Australia.

You will need to provide your licensing or registration for your nominated occupation.

You will need to provide skills assessment if you are requested by the department.

You need to submit the English test report that shows your English level is at least competent.

You will need to submit an AFP police check and a police check from your country of origin as well as the country that you lived in for 12 months.

You will need to submit the employment contract signed by the applicant during the hiring process.
Proof That Your Business Is Legally Operating In AustraliaHover or Click
You will need to submit the legal documents of your business such as ABN, ASIC, Lease agreement, etc… And to show that you have been actively operating, your balance sheet will need to be provided as well.
Proof Of 482Hover or Click
You will need to submit the documents that claim the applicant has completed their 482 from your organisation. You will need to provide the payslips received by the applicant.
Sponsorship Change If ApplicableHover or Click
You need to provide sponsorship change if the applicant had to update their sponsorship during their 482 duration.
Market SalaryHover or Click
You will need to pay the applicant according to the market salary. Send the department the proof of market salary and state the amount that you will pay the applicant.
Genuine Need For A Paid EmployeeHover or Click
You need to submit the occupation details, and state why you need the specific applicant for the job.
